• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Cancellation policies vary by service and are clearly stated at booking
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of booking fees
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to facility maintenance or safety concerns
• Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy

• Membership benefits are as described at the time of purchase
• Memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly stated
• Membership fees are charged according to the selected plan
• Changes to membership terms will be communicated in advance
• Cancellation terms are specified in individual membership agreements

• Coaching programs have specific start dates, durations, and requirements
• Regular attendance is expected for optimal results
• Progress tracking and assessments are provided as part of the service
• Safety guidelines must be followed during all coaching sessions
• Individual results may vary based on effort and commitment

• All fees are due at the time of booking or enrollment
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• We reserve the right to change fees with reasonable notice
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

• Users must follow all posted facility rules and safety guidelines
• Appropriate sports attire and equipment are required
• Users participate in activities at their own risk
• We reserve the right to remove users who violate facility rules
• Emergency procedures must be followed when announced

By using our facilities and services:

• You acknowledge the inherent risks in sports activities
• You agree to participate at your own risk
• You release us from liability for injuries during normal use
• You agree to maintain appropriate personal insurance
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

• All platform content, trademarks, and logos are our property
• You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission
• User-generated content remains your property but grants us usage rights
• We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or facility rules
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees
• Cause disruption to other users or operations

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
